An old garage with two symmetric entrances is connected by a “U” shaped space with a double height main room and a small mezzanine. Everything, the mezzanine, the toilet, a small kitchen and storage space, will remain behind a wide 6,00x2,70 m wall that would help to use the space not only as a workshop, but as a cinematic, cultural or exhibition space. The space is divided by 3m high industrial curtains that allows a flexible disposition and different degrees of use and privacy.
